ezehay Manufacturer’s Warranty
ezehay Limited (United Kingdom) and SARL ezehay Europe (European Union), warrant the ezehay frame, hinge assembly, wall catch and other metal components against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only where the product has been installed and used in accordance with the Installation Instructions.
This warranty does not cover:
Hay nets or other consumable components.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modification or accident.
Damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a valid claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product.
This manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under the laws applicable in the country where the product was purchased.
