Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our premises in the United Kingdom or France, depending on the delivery destination.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We hope you will be delighted with your ezehay purchase. However, if you change your mind, consumers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You can notify us using our Cancellation Form or by contacting us directly.
Please contact us for the appropriate return address and instructions.
Returning Your Purchase
Returned items should be securely packaged, preferably using their original packaging.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, we may make a deduction from your refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For returns resulting from a change of mind, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return transport, where permitted by law and where the required information has been provided before purchase.
As ezehay products are relatively large, please contact us if you would like an estimate of the return transport cost before ordering.
Refunds
When you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the purchase price and applicable standard delivery charges in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact us promptly so that we can help resolve the problem.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected.
