Terms & Conditions — United Kingdom

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with ezehay Limited by customers in the United Kingdom through the ezehay website. They cover both consumers buying for personal use and business customers. Some provisions apply only to consumers, as expressly stated. EU orders sold by ezehay Europe SARL are governed by separate EU terms.

Orders sold by ezehay Limited and dispatched from Wibtoft to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey are also supplied under these terms, insofar as applicable. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction are not restricted. Any applicable local taxes and delivery charges are shown or explained during ordering.

1. Seller and contact details

The seller is ezehay Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16095779.

  • Registered address: Dove Barns, Ivy House Farm, Wibtoft, Lutterworth, Warwickshire, LE17 5BB, United Kingdom.
  • Customer support: support@ezehay.com.
  • Website: ezehay.com.

In these terms, we and us mean ezehay Limited; you means the purchaser. A consumer is someone purchasing wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A business customer purchases wholly or mainly for business purposes.

2. Products and information

We sell the ezehay wall-mounted folding hay feeder, compatible nets and accessories. Product descriptions, choices, dimensions and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Images are illustrative; the written product description and order summary identify the goods ordered.

Please read and retain the installation, operation and safety instructions supplied with the product. The feeder must be mounted to a sound wall, using suitable fixings for the wall construction and expected loads. Observe the instructions concerning mounting height, the catch, the hoop, nets and horse safety.

3. Prices, VAT and delivery charges

Prices for UK orders are shown in pounds sterling (£). Applicable VAT, delivery charges and the total payable will be displayed before the order is placed. The price applicable to the order is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of a manifest pricing error before we accept the order.

Business customers should contact us before ordering if they require a formal quotation or special invoicing arrangements.

4. Placing an order and contract formation

You select products and options, review your basket, enter delivery and payment details and have the opportunity to correct input errors before submitting the order. The final checkout step will make clear that submitting the order creates a payment obligation.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order electronically. An automated acknowledgement does not itself constitute our acceptance. The sale contract is formed when we send a separate acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly state otherwise in an individual order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount due.

5. Payment

Payment is normally taken when you submit your order, using the methods offered at checkout, including applicable card and PayPal facilities. Payment details are handled by the relevant payment providers. If an order is not accepted after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Dispatch and delivery

UK orders are assembled and dispatched from our premises at Wibtoft, Warwickshire. We aim to dispatch in approximately 3–4 working days and delivery normally takes a further 3–5 working days, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. The actual delivery charge and relevant estimate are shown during checkout.

We will notify you of significant anticipated delays. For consumer orders, we will deliver within the time agreed with you or, if none is agreed, within the applicable statutory 30-day period, subject to your statutory remedies for late delivery.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage normally remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, subject to statutory exceptions (including if you independently commission a carrier not offered by us). Business risk arrangements, where different, must be expressly agreed in writing.

Please notify us promptly if a package appears damaged and retain photographs and packaging where practical. Failure to do so does not remove consumer rights.

7. Consumer right to cancel an online order

If you are a consumer, you normally have the legal right to cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Where one order is delivered in separate consignments, the period normally runs from delivery of the last item.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the deadline by emailing support@ezehay.com or writing to ezehay Limited, Dove Barns, Ivy House Farm, Wibtoft, Lutterworth, Warwickshire, LE17 5BB, United Kingdom. You may also use our optional online cancellation form or the model cancellation form at the end of these terms. No particular form is compulsory.

After notifying us, you must normally return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. Please contact us for practical return instructions. Return address: ezehay Limited, Dove Barns, Ivy House Farm, Wibtoft, Lutterworth, Warwickshire, LE17 5BB, United Kingdom.

Return transport costs. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel an order, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods to ezehay Limited, provided the required information was supplied before purchase. You may use Parcelforce or another suitable carrier of your choice. As carriage charges vary according to parcel dimensions, weight, collection arrangements and destination, we recommend obtaining a quotation before arranging your return. You are welcome to contact us for guidance on suitable return services. Please ensure the product is securely packaged for transport. We do not arrange collection for change-of-mind returns.

Following a valid cancellation, we refund the sums required by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered (but not any extra charge for a more expensive delivery option you selected). Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the legal time limits; for returned goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier, where permitted by law.

You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably do in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value arising from handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The change-of-mind cancellation right is separate from your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal standards. Business customers have no automatic statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right; any business return is subject to an individual written agreement.

8. Statutory rights where goods are faulty — consumers

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumer goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Depending on the facts, consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, rights to a repair or replacement, or a later right to a price reduction or final rejection. Where repair or replacement is required by law, it must be undertaken within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience and at our cost. The law also contains rules on faults found within the first six months. These rights may continue after any commercial guarantee expires.

For help with a fault, contact support@ezehay.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where useful. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. We will bear reasonable return or collection costs where legally required for faulty goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights. Nets and accessories remain covered by statutory rights even if excluded from the separate commercial guarantee.

9. Separate ezehay commercial guarantee

The voluntary 24-month ezehay commercial guarantee for specified metal components is contained in a separate document: ezehay Manufacturer’s Warranty. Its wording matches the warranty already printed in the installation leaflet. The commercial guarantee operates in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, statutory rights. Nets and consumables may be excluded from that voluntary guarantee, but not from applicable statutory protection.

10. Installation, maintenance and safety

Users must follow the supplied installation, maintenance and safety instructions. Check that the wall and fixings are suitable, inspect the feeder and fittings regularly, and follow all warnings concerning the hoop and horses. Contact us if any component appears damaged, unstable or unsafe.

These safety instructions do not operate as a waiver of our legal obligations. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that law prohibits us from excluding.

11. Business customers

This section applies only to business customers. Consumer cancellation rights in section 7 do not apply to B2B orders. Please inspect delivered goods within a reasonable time and notify us promptly of shortages, visible transit damage or suspected defects. Prompt reporting helps investigation but does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Any bespoke quotation, delivery arrangement, installation service or negotiated commercial terms must be confirmed in writing.

12. Complaints

Contact support@ezehay.com, stating your order number and the details of your concern. We will aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Any alternative dispute-resolution arrangement for UK consumers will be communicated where applicable.

13. Personal data and cookies

Please see our Privacy Policy for details of processing personal information and our Cookie Policy for cookies and consent choices.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without restricting any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a competent court that applicable law grants. Business disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where a different forum must apply by law or is agreed in writing.

15. Updates to these terms

The version made available when an order is placed applies to that order. We may amend these terms for future orders. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
